Welcome to CronHealth (operated by Bagrat Hakobyan, an individual entrepreneur based in Armenia) ("CronHealth," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Description of Service
CronHealth is an automation health monitoring platform that helps users monitor cron jobs, backups, syncs, reports, and scheduled tasks using ping URLs, expected schedules, status tracking, recent ping history, and email alerts.
CronHealth does not run your jobs, schedule your infrastructure, guarantee job success, or replace backups, observability, incident response, or business-continuity planning. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Planned maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may affect availability.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.
4. Monitor Data and Content Ownership
Your Data: You retain ownership of monitor names, schedules, ping history, alert configuration, and other data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for configuring monitors correctly, keeping ping URLs confidential, avoiding sensitive data in URLs or monitor names, and maintaining independent backups and operational controls.
Our Platform: All rights in the CronHealth platform, including code, features, design, branding, and documentation, remain owned by CronHealth and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, exploit, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, abuse-prevention systems, or payment systems.
- Send secrets, credentials, personal data, sensitive business data, or malicious payloads through ping URLs.
- Use the Service to generate spam, notification abuse, traffic loops, malware activity, or deceptive monitoring behavior.
We use fair-use controls, abuse detection, and rate limiting to protect service reliability, and we may suspend accounts for abusive or excessive usage.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
CronHealth may offer free early access and paid plans. Access to paid features requires a subscription processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the Service begins immediately and, where applicable, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once digital services have been accessed.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and refund eligibility is determined by the applicable refund policy, Paddle checkout terms, and applicable law.
7. Monitoring and Alert Disclaimer
CronHealth alerts depend on your monitor configuration, ping delivery, email delivery, network availability, and third-party infrastructure. Missed alerts, delayed alerts, false positives, or false recoveries may occur.
You are solely responsible for reviewing monitor configuration, validating alert behavior, and maintaining appropriate operational safeguards for critical systems.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, analytics/security tooling, consent-management services, and payment services. We are not responsible for failures, delays, security incidents, or errors caused by third-party services.
9. Data and Storage Disclaimer
CronHealth is not a backup, archival storage, incident-management, or system-of-record service. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important operational records, and we are not liable for data loss or corruption.
10. Warranties Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRONHEALTH, ITS FOUNDER, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, REVENUE, BACKUPS, OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY, OR ALERT COVERAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CronHealth and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your monitor data, your infrastructure, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued service creates legal, security, abuse, reliability, or operational risk. You may terminate your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and data handling will follow our Privacy Policy, including applicable retention and deletion practices.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CronHealth regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
16. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our rights.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Armenia.
