1. Refunds
If you wish to request a refund, you may do so in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future billing. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or Paddle policy.
3. Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate payment or incorrect subscription charge, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.
4. Payment Processing
All payments, taxes, currency conversions, and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
